Front Elevation
A modern exterior with clean symmetry and bold architectural features, elevated by a warm white C9 lighting install. The bulbs trace every peak and roofline with precise alignment, creating a crisp, upscale look that complements the home’s white and black contrast. Subtle wreaths and entry lighting complete the front elevation with timeless charm.
Entryway & Roofline
The entry was framed with precision-cut roofline lighting, using warm white C9s to highlight architectural peaks and eaves without overwhelming the space. Tasteful wreaths, lit potted trees, and subtle porch décor created a soft, elegant glow that tied everything together. A clean, inviting holiday welcome—simple, balanced, and built to impress.
Garage Wing
With triple black garage doors and sharp dormer lines, the garage section of the house became a lighting focal point. Warm white C9s are evenly spaced along every edge, emphasizing the home’s geometry without overpowering it. The result is both balanced and bright, fitting seamlessly into the overall display.

Color Palette
The lighting design complemented the home’s timeless black-and-white exterior with warm white C9 LEDs that added depth without disrupting the minimalist aesthetic. The soft amber tone of the bulbs blended naturally with the home's light stucco and dark trim, enhancing contrast and curb appeal without overwhelming the structure.
Materials & Textures
The exterior materials—smooth white stucco, matte black trim, and clean rooflines—were paired with precise lighting placement to let the architecture shine. Instead of relying on add-ons or cluttered decor, the warmth of the lights worked with the home’s textures to bring out subtle architectural details.
Structure & Layout
This install emphasized symmetry and scale, tracing every peak and edge to highlight the home’s balanced geometry. Each bulb was evenly spaced and aligned to preserve the structure’s sharp lines—resulting in a layout that felt intentional, elegant, and effortless from every angle.

We used commercial-grade warm white C9 LED bulbs across the entire roofline, spaced with exact precision. With no lighting on windows or doorways, the display feels high-end, professional, and architecturally focused.
